Structure and Working Principle
1, Hierarchical filtering mechanism
The filter material is laid in layers according to density and particle size (usually anthracite → quartz sand → activated carbon or magnetite from top to bottom). When water flows through from top to bottom:
The upper layer of large particle filter material (such as anthracite) is used for coarse filtration of large suspended solids;
Intermediate quartz sand intercepts medium particles;
The lower layer of fine filter material (such as activated carbon) adsorbs small impurities and organic matter.

2, Backwash regeneration
When the pressure difference exceeds the set value (such as 0.05MPa), backwashing is initiated: water flows from bottom to top to flush the filter layer, remove trapped impurities, and restore filtration capacity.
