Dissolved air flotation machine is a solid-liquid separation equipment widely
used in the field of water treatment. Its core principle is to generate a large
number of microbubbles through the dissolved air system, and achieve
efficient separation by utilizing the adhesion between bubbles and
suspended solids.
The dissolved air flotation machine dissolves air in water through a pressure
dissolved air system to form dissolved air water. When the dissolved water
is released by the pressure regulator, air precipitates in the form of
microbubbles (usually with a diameter of 20-100 μm).These microbubbles
combine with suspended solids, colloids, or oil droplets in the wastewater to
form a "gas-solid" or "gas-liquid" composite with a density lower than water,
and float up to the water surface to form a floating slag layer, which is finally
discharged through the slag scraping system.
